The villa is in a quiet location, on the outside edge of a small group of private villas which are all set on their own grounds. You can easily reach Naxos town and several beaches.

A BRIEF DESCRIPTION

 

The ground floor has a large open-plan living room with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom is apx 20m² with an adjacent bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. The living room and the kitchen both open up onto the front terrace and the swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is an extra room of 9m² with a single (comfortable) sofa-bed, which has independent access and opens onto the front terrace.

The 1st floor is accessible both from inside the villa and from the outside via a separate entrance.
This floor can be used as independent accommodation if required. On this floor you will find the 2nd master bedroom of apx 20m², a small kitchen with fridge and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The living room (11m²), which has one double sofa-bed, opens up onto a large balcony with a beautiful view over St. George's beach and Naxos town.

In total there are 2 master bedrooms of apx.20m² (two large double beds), an bedroom of 9m² with a sofa-bed, and in the living rooms (ground floor and 1st floor) three double sofa-beds.

The villa has sheltered outdoor barbeque and a shaded seating area near the swimming pool, with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Info! Because this villa is close to the airport, and might you think this would be noisy, we should to inform you that only one or maximum two planes come each day and they are small turbo prop, not a jet, so this is not a problem at all.
