Our holiday packages include the ferry round trip by Blue Star ferries from Athens (Piraeus) to Naxos. You can upgrade your trip to High Speed ferry or to Olympic Airways flight. Transfers from Naxos port to your accommodation is also included. A stopover in Athens can be arranged too.

To Piraeus port
From the Athens airport, you can take the X96 bus that departs every 20 min. The express bus routes are exclusive to the airport and run on a 24hour basis. Allow about 60-90 minutes for the trip to the port. The bus ticket currently costs 3,20 eur. You can buy the ticket from the bus driver, all metro stations and public transport ticket outlets.

Another option is the Athens Metro. The trains run every 30 minutes from the Athens airport (Line 1) and take 60 minutes to arrive at Piraeus port (Line 3). The first train departs from the airport at 06:30 and the last one at 20:30. The train ticket currently costs 6,-eur.

The fastest option to go to Piraeus port is to hire a cab. The taxi ride from the airport to Piraeus port is 30 to 40 minutes long. The fare is around € 30 and can be shared amongst three or four people.

To Rafina port
From Athens airport, you can take the bus (KTEL) to Rafina port that departs every hour. The trip to the port will take no longer than 30 minutes. The bus ticket currently costs about 3,- eur. High Speed ferries depart twice a day from Rafina. The ferry trip to Naxos will be shorter if you choose Rafina port for your departure instead of Pireas port .

High Speed 3,5 or 4 hours	Blue Star ferries 5,5 hours	Conventional ferries 6,5 hour

High Speed Ferry. It should only take you 4 hours or less to get to Naxos. High Speed ferries depart from Piraeus and Rafina port every morning and every evening.

Blue Star Ferries. The trip last 5,5 hours. Blue Star ferries depart from Piraeus port every morning at 07:25 and every evening at 17:30.

The conventional ferries need about 6,5 hours to get to Naxos. Conventional ferries depart from Piraeus port every morning around 08:00 and late evening at 22:00.

From the airport in Athens, you can fly to Naxos with Olympic Airlines. Flying time is 25 minutes. You can also reach Naxos via Santorini or Mykonos with a connecting ferry ride (about 1-3 hours). They are scheduled and charter flights to these islands. If you choose this route, we can also arrange your ferry trip to Naxos as well as the over night stay there in case your flight arrives in the late evening.
