Towards the west of the island is beautiful bay of Mikri Vigla washed by the dreamy warm water and swept by the reliable consistent wind. The bay of Mikri Vigla has strong winds, created by a venturi that is formed by the squeeze caused by Naxos and the neighbouring island of Paros.

At Mikri Vigla center, there are available 50 JP boards and 80 Neil Pryde rigs of the year, rigged and ready to go, only a few meters away from the water's edge. Also, a friendly instructor readies to help and advice you to choose and tune your rig.
